DATEL’s DMS-20PC-DCM Series of self-powered, positive-reading, DC voltage monitors are great replacements for older, hard-to-read, analog panel meters. Simply connect a DC voltage across the rear terminals and the meters are fully operational — no additional components or power supplies are required! 3½ Digit Daylight Readable DC Voltmeters

The DATEL DMS-30DR Series are the first digital panel meters to offer LED displays that are readable in direct sunlight—no special filters or shading devices are required. Their Autodim circuit automatically adjusts the display’s brightness to suit viewing environments ranging from total darkness to full, brilliant sunlight. A user-accessible brightness adjustment pin enables custom intensity settings or display matching in multiple display applications. These meters require an external 5 Volts (typ.) for power.

These fully self-contained, component-like, plug-in meters provide scientific-grade accuracy and outstanding reliability. LED meters are available in five different colors, including DATEL’s unique low-power models, and LCD meters are available with or without backlighting. All operate from single supplies and are packaged in miniature 2.17" x 0.92" (55 x 23mm) packages whose epoxy encapsulation provides a measure of vibration, shock and moisture resistance simply not found in competing meters.

NEMA-4/IP65 rated Voltmeters with Daylight Readable, Auto-Dimming LED Displays

The DMU-30DCV series of daylight-readable voltmeters measure and display DC voltages as low as ±2V and as high as ±200V. Their large 0.56” (14.2mm) high, super-bright red LED-display is readable in full sunlight. An auto-dimming circuit automatically adjusts the display brightness for all viewing conditions. DMU-30DCV dc voltmeters are packaged in a plastic package with an integrated bezel and gasket assembly designed to meet NEMA-4 / IP65 requirements for moisture resistance in outdoor applications.

DMU-30DCV meters can be powered from 85-264Vac (50-60Hz) or 110-300Vdc, while providing 2500V isolation between the input signal and their ac power supply.
